Responsibilities
Help build new Supercell game brands from the ground up, taking them from launch to legendary
Develop groundbreaking creative strategies to market existing games, in partnership with game teams in Helsinki and other creative partners
Inspire creative teams to develop best-in-class campaigns across any and all media channels (online/mobile, TV, outdoor, etc.)
Ensure all Supercell marketing lives up to the high expectations of our passionate players, and the ridiculously high bar we set for ourselves
Set appropriate goals and work with internal/external partners to measure performance
Expect to travel up to 25% of your time to connect with Supercell teams in Helsinki, and other offices and beyond
Requirements
10+ years of experience creating and marketing revered brands (game or not); experience as an internal or agency creative director preferred
A wizard of words with the rare ability to straddle smart strategy and brilliant storytelling
Proven track record of getting the best work from internal or external creative partners and managing creative development, from briefing through execution
Experience in 360° brand marketing is required; experience in performance marketing and how the two integrate is a big plus
Ability to tame multiple projects across media channels, networks, and platforms
Preference for working without a handbook, with a love of doing what's never been done before
A team player who believes in thinking independently but collaborating relentlessly
Passion for games, the developers who make them, and the players that love them is non-negotiable
Compensation and Benefits
While the salary range based on your background, skills, and experience for this position is $190k – $230k, your financial compensation model also consists of an annual bonus, RSU equity, and 401k.
