As a Technical Artist at Clash Mini, your primary responsibility will be to bridge the gap between artists and engineers by developing tools, pipelines, and workflows that enable efficient and effective creation of game art. Your job will involve a combination of technical and artistic skills, as well as an understanding of game development pipelines.

Responsibilities
Build tools and workflows that empowers artists to create good quality game assets.
Work with artists to solve technical challenges we found while making the game
Collaborate with artists and engineers to design and implement game features and systems that integrate art assets seamlessly into the game engine
Help game teams to profile and optimize games assets
Research and evaluate third party tools, make proposals and lead these integrations
Work with engineer and QA to ensure that all the assets conform to technical requirements and bug-free
Use the best tools and methods for improving and facilitating the graphic workload
Integrate, validate and optimize graphic data in the engine by using scripts if needed
Requirements
Experience with 3D software (eg. Blender, Maya, 3DS Max, Zbrush etc.)
Experience with Adobe Photoshop
Experience with 3D game engines (eg.Unity, Unreal Engine etc.)
Ability to create production quality 3D game assets and stylized textures
Capability to work independently with minimum supervision
Capability to contribute with additional skills (i.e. concepts, UI design, etc.)
5+ years game industry (or other relevant) professional experience
Strong communication skills, proactive attitude, go-get mentality
Structured and able to clearly define, prioritize and plan your own tasks
Keen to learn and further develop your expertise
Knowledge in the follow areas in game development ○ Modeling & Texturing ○ Scripting/Tools Development ○ Lighting ○ Shaders ○ VFX ○ Rendering ○ Procedural
Knowledge of Graphic Rendering pipeline, animation pipeline and workflow and color space and HDR
Experience working with optimization and profiling
